A Return to Well-Being
Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I support an accepting, compassionate, non-pathological focus on a return to our natural state of well-being, through living in the present moment. I draw on a variety of counseling and psychotherapy styles and Mindfulness techniques to help clients resolve current problems or long standing ones.
Helping clients find solutions to a wide range of challenges through harmony of body, mind and spirit, I work with each client through individual, couples and group counseling to help them build on their strengths, to identify and achieve life goals, and to regain balance in all the areas of their lives.
